Ukraine’s human rights ombudsman has denounced the alleged execution of 9 captured Ukrainian troops by Russian forces within the Kursk border area.
Dmytro Lubinets mentioned he had written to the United Nations and the Crimson Cross concerning the allegations, accusing Moscow of breaching “all the foundations and customs of warfare”.
