Ksenia Karelina, a Los Angeles resident, has been launched in a prisoner swap. The Russian-American citizen was accused by Russia’s FSB safety service of elevating cash for a Ukrainian organisation that supplied arms to the Ukrainian army. The organisation in query denied elevating cash for weapons or ammunition, saying it was centered on humanitarian support and catastrophe reduction. In trade, the US freed Arthur Petrov, who was accused of illegally exporting microelectronics to Russia for producers working with the Russian army.
