And now, as we plunge additional into the autumn season, she’s taken her rodeo aesthetic into purse territory: Yesterday, Hadid was noticed in New York Metropolis sporting a fringed suede bag that feels completely in keeping with her new sartorial focus. Hadid’s assertion accent, dubbed the Nellcôte bag, debuted in Alessandro Michele’s first assortment for Valentino. (With its suede fringing and silver studs and grommets, the piece retails for a cool $2,690.) Paired with a smooth black high, costume pants, and her trusty cowboy boots, the bag nodded to Hadid’s fondness for nation fashion whereas elevating issues a bit.
