M. Night Shyamalan introduced he’ll direct a TV pilot based mostly on Mattel’s well-known Magic 8 Ball toy.
The mission is written by Brad Falchuk, the co-creator of “Glee,” “American Horror Story,” the “911” sequence and extra tv titans.
Shyamalan, the horror grasp behind “The Sixth Sense,” “The Village” and final 12 months’s “Entice,” made the announcement on Instagram, posting a script that reads: “Magic 8 Ball Season 1 ‘Pilot.’”
“Been engaged on this for a pair years… Who’s in?” Shyamalan requested within the caption, with the hashtag “It Is Sure,” nodding to a preferred response from the fortune-telling gadget.
It’s unclear who will distribute the “Magic 8 Ball” sequence, or whether or not any expertise is hooked up. Selection has reached out to representatives for Shyamalan and Falchuk for extra data.
