Russia has imposed a “counter-terrorism operation” regime in three areas to attempt to halt a shock cross-border incursion by Ukrainian troops.

Earlier, BBC Confirm checked and confirmed the situation of one other video posted on-line on Friday morning. It reveals a 15-vehicle Russian convoy broken, burned and deserted on a street by the city of Oktyabrskoe, roughly 38km from the border on the Russian aspect.
