A 33-year-old man was apprehended on Wednesday by Thai law enforcement officials disguised as a lion dance troupe.
Lion dances are a Chinese language custom, and often carried out in celebration of the Lunar New 12 months.
Police went undercover at a temple honest in Nonthaburi with a view to seize the alleged thief, hiding a secret digicam within the head of the lion.
