SEOUL — Days after a Russian missile assault decimated a kids’s hospital in Ukraine, Kyiv’s ambassador is imploring South Korea to offer his nation with air protection techniques to shore up its conflict effort.
“Amid relentless Russian assaults on civilians and demanding infrastructure amenities, we have to shield ourselves from missiles and drones,” Ukrainian Ambassador to South Korea Dmytro Ponomarenko advised Nikkei Asia.
