Video shows Israeli soldiers shooting surrendering Palestinians in Jenin | Occupied West Bank

Israeli troopers have been filmed taking pictures two Palestinians who have been seen on their knees with their fingers within the air. The lads have been shot useless throughout Israeli raids in Jenin within the occupied West Financial institution. The Israeli military says it’s investigating the incident.
