Protests by college students, opposition, academics, staff and farmers started final December after 16 individuals died on 1 November within the collapse of Novi Sad railway station’s roof. Protesters blame corruption for the catastrophe.

The accident has already forced the former prime minister to resign.

As Saturday’s protest ended, organisers performed an announcement to the gang, calling for Serbians to “take freedom into your personal palms” and giving them the “inexperienced gentle”.

“The authorities had all of the mechanisms and on a regular basis to fulfill the calls for and forestall an escalation,” the organisers mentioned in an announcement on Instagram after the rally.
