Two-up is a coin toss betting recreation, with two individuals betting in opposition to one another on whether or not they’ll land on heads or tails. Categorized as unregulated playing, the sport is prohibited in most elements of Australia. However on 25 April individuals rush to the pub to play, when it’s permitted throughout the nation for a couple of hours. The BBC’s Harry Sekulich explains why the exception is made, and what individuals for and in opposition to it need to say.
