Geena Rocero is making her mark behind the digital camera. The four-time Emmy-nominated director’s scripted directorial debut, sci-fi brief “Dolls,” has dropped its first trailer forward of its world premiere at Oscar-qualifying competition Out on Movie in Atlanta, the place it can display screen within the Out of This World part.
