Luigi Mangione was handed over to New York Metropolis police in Pennsylvania and returned to New York to face expenses within the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. He was already going through state homicide and terrorism expenses; federal prosecutors have now added federal expenses together with homicide and stalking.
