Two folks have been shot lifeless close to a border crossing between the Israeli-occupied West Financial institution and Jordan, the Israeli navy and medics say.
Israeli media say the victims had been two Israeli males. The Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency service mentioned they had been aged about 20 and 60 years outdated.
The Israeli navy mentioned “a terrorist arrived in a truck transporting humanitarian assist from Jordan, and opened hearth”. MDA mentioned it occurred close to the Allenby Crossing.
The attacker was killed by safety forces on the scene, the navy mentioned.
The assault was praised by the Palestinian armed group Hamas, which Israel is preventing in Gaza, as a response to “the each day crimes and massacres dedicated by the [Israeli] occupation towards our Palestinian folks”.
